چکیده
Background: Pain and limited range of motion with impaired musculoskeletal function in lower lumbar spine area was more frequently reported problem now day’s sedentary populations who are doing job information technology field. Myofascial Release (MFR) is a technique that facilitates stretching restricted fascia to improve the movement flexibility affected musculature. Application Soft Tissue Mobilization Assisted Instrument (IASTM)varies from conventional friction methods it Specially designed instruments alloy materials taken apply longitudinal pressure along course muscle fibres IASTM. Aim Study: To learn effect combined application IASTM chronic low back pain patient. Data Analysis Results: Significant improvement SLR Range bilaterally after intervention MFR Conclusion: This study outcomes concluded there reduction straight leg raise both legs while treating when physiotherapy were given combination (IASTM). Originality/Value: Modified new interventional progress treatment. Paper Type: Case Study Research

A comparative study of trunk proprioception between patients with chronic non-specific low back pain and discopathic low back pain
Introduction: Low back pain is one of the most common disorders in modern society. Disturbed properioception can be a possible cause of low back pain and can cause recurrence of low back pain. Previous studies have shown that low back pain reduces proprioception due to instability in the low back. Since the degenerative process of disc herniation is one of the important factors in exacerbating ...
متن کاملTherapeutic effectiveness of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization for soft tissue injury: mechanisms and practical application
This article reviews the mechanism and effects of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), along with guidelines for its practical application. IASTM refers to a technique that uses instruments to remove scar tissues from injured soft tissues and facilitate healing process through formation of new extracellular matrix proteins such as collagen. Recently, frequent use of this instru...
متن کاملMyofascial Low Back Pain
Objective: This review article describes the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical characters and management of low back pain (LBP) caused by myofascial trigger points (MTrPs), i.e. myofascial low back pain. Findings: Based on the currently available knowledge and our clinical experience, we analyzed the basic and clinical aspects of myofascial LBP. Most cases of myofascial LBP are related to injuri...
متن کاملComparison between the Short Term and Durability Effects of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Exercise and Instrument Assisted soft Tissue Mobilization Technique on Ankle-Dorsiflexion Range of Motion
Introduction: Reduced lower extremity range of motion and movement leads to a decrease in movement efficiency; accordingly, it is vital to maintain the range of motion to prevent damage and improve functions. The purpose of this study was to compare the short term and durability effects of Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) t...
متن کاملBrain Wave Patterns in Patients with Chronic Low Back Pain: A Case-Control Study
Introduction: Research evidence indicates that maladaptive reorganization of the brain plays a critical role in amplifying pain experiences and pain chronification; there is, however, no clear evidence of change in brain wave activity among patients with chronic low back pain (CLBP). The objective of this study was to assess brain wave activity in patients with CLBP, compared to healthy control...
